Data is sent in real-time over Bluetooth to our Grippy app. During hanging, direct feedback will keep you on the level, and after your workouts, a full performance breakdown is available including calibrated compliance and completion metrics. Of course, Grippy also provides calibrated benchmarks so that at any point in your training a check-in can be used to gauge that progression.
